And what upgrades should be started with the and where from i’m struggling to find anything.

Thanks for any advice or help in advance.

Congrats!
Photos please.
Looks like you love your cars - this one won't disappoint.
Pads, discs, braided lines were a good starting point, and centre resonator delete if it's not already done.

thanks, pic added.

+1 on Koya, I’m sure he’d ship to you, really great product.

Also, consider taking the foam out of your airbox, that’ll give you a lot more induction sound.

My 250 was tuned by ETuners by the previous owner in Melbourne and runs really well, roughly 200wkw, also had a downpipe and intake at the time of tune. He tells me it would give alot of cars a run for their money on a roll

I service mine at Alpine Affair, good service.

They used to be at Ringwood, but soon will move to Bayswater. Just search them on facebook

any recommendations on cold air intakes?

a lot of guys are saying there isn’t much except pod filter ones which defeat the purpose as a lot of heat from back of engine bay.

@jim60t did a great writeup on a DIY ITG style induction kit. Feeds air in from behind the front bumper:
