Aaron_GT220 Posted 9, June 2013 Report Share Posted 9, June 2013 My name is Aaron and I'm a trusting type. I've been down the RenaultSport path before, having owned one of the early Clio Mk2 172's. Monaco Blue, and a string of minor warranty grumbles longer than my arms. I ended up moving on from that within 18 months, smitten with the way it drove and out of love with poor parts supply and the results of carelessness of those working in Dieppe where it was built. Now the GT220 luring us in, and instantly the quality of the drive made it almost irresponsible to not sign up. The as-yet-unnamed Star Black GT220 Premium takes the place of a trusty XR8, itself preceded by a MPS6, and the XR6 Turbo that superseded the Clio. Alongside we have my wife's 2001 MX5 and my Turbo Lynx. So there we go, burnt badly 11 years ago and yet I'm back trusting that this time the quality will meet expectations.
