Tb884 Posted 13, December 2018 Report Share Posted 13, December 2018 Hello, I pick up a 2011 RS 250 Cup Trophee 😁 The previous owner recommended i come on here and say hello. Iam also interested if anyone has any advice regarding wheels. Currently the car has the 19in black/silver wheels, iam interested in putting 18in ones on as i also plann on spending some time on track and would like spare wheels. I could not find much online just oz racing wheels for the 265 cup. Anyone had much luck with getting spare wheel sets?
Marsch Posted 13, December 2018 Report Share Posted 13, December 2018 Hello and welcome, as you can see I'm from Germany and therefore don't know what brands are available down there and what regulations have to be met but over here the people mainly go for OZ Ultraleggera or ATS GTR for trackday use because of the low(er) weight. chuckovski Posted 14, December 2018 Report Share Posted 14, December 2018 Great choice!Yes 18" are the way to go IMHO.There aren't heaps of options due to the offset. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the Megane has the following specs:PCD 5x114.3Offset 5518x8(I'm going from memory)Keep an eye on the classifieds section as there often are wheels up for sale. I remember buying some OEM Tibors (the standard rims on the cup) and using them. Obviously they were a perfect fit and I think look awesome.Sent from my CPH1879 using Tapatalk

bozz Posted 15, December 2018 Report Share Posted 15, December 2018 Hey bud, hope the trip home was great, and uneventful! There are lots of wheel threads so I'll try to dig out a few good references for you. I'll post a message on my own id soon to link the provenance of the vehicle. Cheers, bozz
Tb884 Posted 15, December 2018 Author Report Share Posted 15, December 2018 Awesome! Thanks guys for all the info and yes the oem 18s would be good. I do like the look of them. Just did 900klm for my first drive 😃, off for another short run tomorrow after some TLC.
