Welcome aboard the good ship OzRS. There's a tight little following out in Perth. "biologist" is an Admin and active member in Perth, but he'll be away from the net for the next 4 months.

Was the 1.6 5 or 3 door version? Used to have 1.6 3 door Ph1, it was a real beast - flying with 200km/h with 4 adults in it + 120kg of sweets in the boot  ... just to clarify the road that was driven on was not in OZ and did not have speed limits,at least I didnt know of such

Great price too ..

What do u mean by the "motor? As I said we used to have 3 door 1.6 which is smaller then the 2.0 and used it as a family car, 2 kids, and for long distances too. It was not bad, quite fun actually :P

For the "massive noticeable difference", get the kids, put them on the back sets, fasten the seats belts, give them a few vomit bags and press on the accelerator 8)

Renault advise against the use of any ethanol in their vehicles.

We use BP 98 in all the household beasts as it seems to us the best fuel for the job, and is always available at our local servo.

I heard they dont advise 'against' of 'for' ethanol... basically want to keep their hands clean.

However. used them all over time, and sticking with Boost, as ethanol is cleaner as i understand it.

Supporting the smaller guys too.

Welcome. Arctic Blue is the best colour 8)
