Zach Posted 13, March 2022 Report Share Posted 13, March 2022 Hi all, I recently bought a 2016 Renault Clio RS220 Trophy and looking for advise on maintenance and mods. I read on various forums that one of intake plastic pipes located on top of the engine is a common failure on these cars. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a replacement. Also any good Renault specialist you could recommend around Sydney. What are the usual tunes on these car, looking to increase the output to around 200kW. Cheers, Zach

The experts around Sydney are Renotech, widely used and recommended by people from this forum. And before you hot it up, I would suggest you get some good tyres and brakes on the car - then learn to drive it by doing some driving courses. Deet Posted 13, March 2022 Report Share Posted 13, March 2022 There is a very very long thread devoted to the cold side pipe. Its bad design and the only possible replacement

sim Posted 13, March 2022 Report Share Posted 13, March 2022 To get to around 200kW you’d have to build up to a hybrid turbo setup. You’d need a high flow cat (full turbo back exhaust would be ideal), intake, intercooler (do cold side pipe also), hybrid turbo, tune, and maybe a few extra bits
