Today's forum weirdness

Can anyone explain whats going on?

 

I created a thread about 30 minutes ago in the Group Buy section for the Clio III induction kit, its disappeared. Was the forum reverted to a backup this morning?

 

I also created a thread in Website Feedback section about an outage and forum content missing. That's also gone.

I can try. Sometime this morning I noticed that post text had changed. Tried to work out if it was a bug, but it wasn't.

Yes, since posts were gone I decided probably better to restore the daily backup.

Yeah, due to backup restore we've lost today's posts.

 

I've also changed all the server level passwords.

It happens I guess! I am currently rebuilding a SQl2008 server with crappy backups so I can relate to this

Aha! I wondered where my posts had gone. I was blaming Tapatalk not OzRS though!

Not sure if this problem is related but over the past week, I seem to get a lot of "SERVER NOT AVAILABLE" messages when I try to click to a new discussion. I simply click the back arrow to return to the previous screen and select the link again which usually works.

I also get a lot of delays whenever I try to post and sometimes the same message or "WEBSITE NOT RESPONDING".

(Using Google Chrome on a Win 7 pc).
