I would recommend the RS265 RB8. If you can find a good, well maintained one of those they are a great car loaded with all the fruit, bi xenons, cs recaros (in my opinion the most comfortable seats I have ever had in a car and I am 195cm 112kg) 19" wheels plus many more options. I only got out of mine to buy a mental trophy R.

So does this mean you have now pushed the button? I am booking holidays flights and accommodation if you have. If your suggestion of laps of Bathurst for RS cars comes off I am going to book a truck berth across the Nullarbor for my car as well This is getting exciting

Top choice John I love my Trophy R same colour as yours Liquid Yellow but with Red. They are a great fun car.

Hi Stevo Get yourself an RB8 its a great car. Inbuilt Rlink system has sat nav with speed camera alerts, great handsfree phone integration you don't need a bracket for the phone. leave it in your pocket, throw it on the seat everthing is done through the touch screen and dial in centre console.

Welcome Michael. I am an ex Launceston lad and I know you have some nice twisty roads around Lilydale. The drive in your megane around these roads would be so much fun. I would love to have my megane back there in Tassie as there are so many places that would be so much fun in this car. Enjoy Greg

Hi Mate welcome to the forum. You wont have any problem with the megane. I am 6ft 4in and fit behind the wheel of my RS without any issues.

Parked my car in the driveway and noticed a big red scrape down the front guard and door on the passenger's side. It looks like some ahole has hit my car in a car park. Not a very happy day for me today.

Hi Dedbny, I can guarantee you will not be dissapointed if you get the RB8. I have had mine since the begining of December 2013 and love it. I have absolutely no regrets other than the fuel bill is getting up there as I just want to drive it more and more. Previous performance car for me was an XR6 Turbo Falcon which was a lot of fun but does not give the same satisfaction as my Redbull. As they say in the Nike add "Just Do It" Regards Greg

Congratulations I received my early christmas present at the begining of December a Redbull Special. I have not been able to wipe the smile off my face either Ran up 1000km within the first week it is just so much fun to drive.

Hi everyone I am new to the forum and new to Renault Sport. I have signed up on a Red Bull RB8 on Friday which is currently sitting in the Dealer's showroom. Cannot wait to pick it up this week, hopefully, and have some fun and find out what everyone is raving about . It is a bit hard to push the car when you are just doing a test drive around the block in the dealer's demo vehicle. Greg
