Hi

Looking at buying a 2004 Clio for my daughter as a first car. It has 90k and has service history.

Are they reliable? Are the service, maintenance,  spare parts or repairs expensive due to being a European car?

Any other feedback would be appreciated

Thank you in advance

In my opinion , don't do it. There are better cars available as reliable, inexpensive, safer,  daily driver. Unless of course you can do repairs yourself and have a supply of parts. You could be lucky but 17 year old Clios will need a fair bit of love and care to keep them going. strong

The OP (Verena) could be referring to a standard Clio, not an RS? In which case some of the issues with the RS may not apply.....
