Need mechanical advice PLEAS HELP

HI LEGENDS I need some mechanical help with a issue with a Renault traffic 2 liter turbo diesel iv got a check injectors coming up on the dash iv checked the diesel primer pump and it did have a small crack in the primer pump down the bottom iv taped it up as a quick fix as i could see bubbles coming in on the clear hose when engine is running car still runs great. unfortunately tape didn't seem to work i think im up for a new primer pump but i want to make sure iv checked every possibility before i spend $500 dollarydoos on a pump i put the scan tool on deleted code engine light went off but spanner remains and check injectors still on dash ? i know its a stab in the dark but any ideas would really be appreciated also scan tool said mass or volume air flow a circuit ?  i know this is unrelated but you guys are my last hope even if someone could point me in the right direction i would be very happy thanks car doesn't blow smoke either
