Ok, I've been away from the computer for the last few days - sorry guys! Well I tend to agree with you all as well. It's clear who the leading winners are...so I am proud to announce....*cue trumpets* 'CARD C' & 'STICKER B' THE WINNERS!!! Now if the two designers would like to step forward and make a speech.... So in regards to the final details for printing and payments...If the guys who designed the cards could forward myself an email with the full-quality images & a 2mm bleed - I will then forward that on to the printing company. From most peoples comments over the past - clickprinting seem to be a favourite amongst most of us, yeah? So we'll take it from there...! Good question Karl. I'd say he's probably blind drunk somewhere in Sydney - or surrounding areas. Possibly even hungover in bed? Other than that I haven't many more ideas?? hehe! I'd say he'll be voting for his own stuff tho' - but you never know - I shall SMS him to see where he's drinking at. Ooops, I mean where he's at.

G'day All, I've been away from the computer for the last couple of days - but after taking in the thoughts of Dish, I have come back with this plan to get us to our final (and i mean final) steps of choosing the correct cards and sticker. So here you go guys - make your vote - ON THIS THREAD - reply by simply stating; 'sticker A' or 'sticker B' for the sticker selection. Then "Cards A, B or C" to choose your favourite card design. Hey Dish, Sorry mate, I guess I did jump the gun a bit. Just wanted to have the whole topic sorted and ready to roll. But you're spot on the ball mate. I agree 100% with your opinions. Thanks for the feedback - without this it can be easy to overlook some of the most obvious points. i.e. my decision to abandon the yahoo poll idea. Now - further suggestions as to exactly how this poll is cast would be terrific. My guess is that the best option is to either create a new thread with everyone answering the questions (similar to my first thread re: designs) OR create another dB in the Yahoo group? I guess the Yahoo option's disadvantage is the fact that you need sign in/be a member of the group. Dish - I'd have to say that overall I think I like your latest design the best mate - and yes you did score highly originally from my vote. Being busy is exactly why I kinda rushed this mate, didn't want it to drag on and on. So let's select a new deciding date - and to be honest I don't think it should be any longer than a single week. Why? Because we'll get a majority vote of the main users of the group/s. Anyone else is either A) rarely online, or B) Not phased as to having their input. and/or C) Want the cards in their hands as apposed to in our heads/on our computers.

Pretty much as I had already proposed last week, only a few minor changes. The Cards - Double Sided cards, with each Renaultsport URL devoted to one side. - One side: Yellow theme (Grant "OZ RS Card"design - WITHOUT the "Heaps more" text...instead put "SOCIAL GATHERINGS") URL: Yahoo/Email Group: www.ozrenaultsport.tk - Other side: Blue theme (Ryan's "Renaultsport card") TEXT: Web based forum: www.ozrenaultsport.com The Stickers - Yellow theme (Grant's "OZ RS Card") - Text on sticker to read as follows: Join Australia's Two diverse Renaultsport Communities Web based forum: www.ozrenaultsport.com Yahoo/Email Group: www.ozrenaultsport.tk Could Grant and Ryan please make any alterations, etc and forward their designs with 2mm bleed, in a suitable format to my email address? Thanks guys! powerproductions@optusnet.com.au Well, we've made a decision and I think it's a great decision and the cards and stickers will look awesome! Payment details...I think we should follow Rusty's suggestion here and basically pay for what we want. For example; If you would like 100 cards and 50 stickers, you pay $10 in total for cards, and $5 in total for stickers. That would work out to be around 10c a card, and 20c a sticker. Does this sound reasonable guys and gals? Open to suggestions of course!

G'day, I've decided to forget the poll and base the decision of card/sticker design on what has been discussed so far in the previous thread. However, I will leave this new thread open for those who wish to voice their opinions. Then I will make the final decision by next Wednesday (October 6) based on the majority of opinions/views. So - here is what I see as the majority opinion SO FAR. If you disagree with the proposed design/concept - please reply with your suggestions here & we can make any adjustments based on the majority vote. The Cards - Double Sided cards, with each Renaultsport URL devoted to one side. - One side: Yellow theme (Grant "OZ RS Card" or Dish's "Dish#2" designs) - Other side: Blue theme (Ryan's "Renaultsport card") - Text on each side: TBA (Enter your ideas here) The Stickers - Yellow theme (Grant's "OZ RS Card") - Text on sticker to read as follows: Join Australia's Two diverse Renaultsport Communities Web based forum: www.ozrenaultsport.com Yahoo/Email Group: www.ozrenaultsport.tk Assuming we're all ok with my proposed layouts and so on, the only decisions from here is in relation to the text to be printed on each side of the cards. And the toss-up between Grant's "Oz RS Card" or Dish's "Dish#2" card design for one YELLOW side of the card. I'd say the blue option is fairly obvious - with the use of Ryan's design. So - I think we have some awesome looking product design on our hands, thoughts people? Have a great week!

G'day Scott, Nice idea. What does everyone else think? We've got two designs we could go with also. i.e. the Renaultsport card with the megane/clio on it with the blue margins, etc. Then we've got the Yellow cards that both Dish & Grant have created. Only thing is; the stickers....obviously can't do double sided here. What if - we just describe the links with a little more detail? i.e: Join Australia's Two diverse Renaultsport Communities Web based forum: www.ozrenaultsport.com Yahoo/Email Group: www.ozrenaultsport.tk Thoughts? Suggestions of alternative wording anyone?
