Kats Posted 12, August 2015 Report Share Posted 12, August 2015 Hey Guys, Im a CLIO RS newby, loving the handling of the RS .. Some questions for ya.. 1: Does anyone know if there is a setting or Application upgrade to keep the car in Sport Mode once its set. Even after I turn the car off? 2: Do you guys find the car is more fuel efficient in Sports Mode than ECO mode when driving in the city.. ? Or am I going crazy! At the moment in sports im getting 7.4 on average / 100 km in the city.. While in ECO over 11.0 / 100 km What is the experience of the group? regards G

Should be more economical in the city in 'normal' mode than 'sport' mode unless you have it in the manual setting and are very diligent with gear changes. Sport mode in auto results in the car holding gears longer before it changes which should result in more fuel usage in theory.....7.4/100km. is amazing for city driving in any mode. Congrats on the new car. Nice. If you are getting 7.4 l per 109km I think you need to be driving harder in case you get booked for loitering... Lol Great car so enjoy your ride. They are a good thing!!!
