  6. The drivetrain is the same - stage 3 will be hard to do reliably and not many people have done so - megs aren't evos. Best bet for tuning is a remote RSTuner tune or there are a few off the shelf stage 1 maps through some other tuning companies. I'd be looking for history/record of the timing belts being done on an rs250, they are getting to that age.

  10. Ph1s will attract men, which is at least something, because the no ones attracted to ph2s. Jokes aside, ph2 is better to drive daily, but for a fun squirt I prefer the ph1, even when mine was stock it was a riot and I do prefer the cable throttle everywhere else but in traffic... Just replace the cat on the ph1 - it's a derpy design and definitely wouldn't flow very well compared to almost any other design! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. 197, the engines are all the same, suspension and chassis changes for the different models. As far as I know it's just 197 and r27, there was no middle ground. I'm no expert on Clio 3s though.   13. Rust isn't the biggest issue here, but I'm sure it depends on how much spray the car gets. You can pretty much get a 197 for the price of a (expensive) 182. What's your plan for the car? If it's a daily, a base 197 would be the way to go, r27 are notoriously firm, and 172/182 are anything but refined or luxurious... Also, welcome! You'll find everything you need on this forum, including the car.
