Dish Posted 8, November 2007 Report Share Posted 8, November 2007 If you suddenly have a problem gaining access to OzRS when previously you haven't had any issues, please contact one of the Admins to assist. There may be a couple of simple issues that have occured, and the main one we have noticed lately is when a a member changes their email address. It may just be a bug in the phpbb software, but to circumvent this, please get an Admin to change the email address for you by sending us a Private Message or email. Some members are also receiving messages saying that they are banned - but their names are not on our banned list (list visible only to Admins) - sounds like another bug. Again, please inform an Admin and we will reset your password to a generic one that you can then change. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Cheers, Dish.
