New Ph1 Owner In Adelaide

Recommended Posts

Hi

Been on here a few years but not a poster, mainly because I had nothin to post about.

Just secured Ph1 no38 from Gezza on here

Bringing it to Adelaide and getting a general idea on what needs to be done and then the plan is -

New belts etc to be sure

New mounts

Decat system

New wheels

Replace rear lights

Re install a factory air box

Refix the front bumper and tidy any cosmetic damage

Long term plans in the next 2 years are to

Refresh the engine

438 cams

ECU upgrade

Intake upgrade

Quaife

That will do her for the next little while I think.

Cheers

Kane

Any suggestions on where to find some?

eBay UK or wreckers. It's be much easier to fit some ph2 lights.

Congrats on the buy! Liking the look of the plans too 8)

Cheers Walkie. Mainly get it here and attest to the condition of the engine and running gear as is first. then look at mods. Already have wheels sorted I think and I will check ebay.uk for lights. I figure for the money and the mods, plus what i paid, it will still make a fairly handy weapon for the price in total. That's how I am rationalizing it anyway

Yea

Search up ZR Autoparts here in SA. He has a phase 2 in bits. Could get the phase 2 units pretty cheap.

h I saw that on Gumtree also. Whole heap of stuff available. Was preferring to get it back to original but I think they would be better than the horrid things that are on there now.
