Now that my Clio is off to a good home this week, it also take with it my only OzRenaultSport Sticker on the back window. A limited number were made some time ago (thanks to Karlos for getting them done) and it might be time for a new design (taking into account the new banner here) and something thinner etc, cause my new Megane Cup wont have anything on it. I have not talent in this Area at all, but what is the general feeling about getting some stickers done. Also i think its about time that some Polo, or just some plain Tee shirts are made, i am happy to organise it, once the style logo etc is done. Comments ? ideas ? Well i want one ... or two ... So see how many people are interested, an as long as we have a few i will organise it. Otherwise i will have them done for the RCCA who also need some new ones. These may have already been distributed at the Oct 30 Sydney drive day I think... Price is $10ea with all funds going towards the hosting of this site. Dish spent a heap of time on it. Unfortuately the LHS background didn't come out as dark as we were hoping, but overall the result is good. Hope y'all agree. White on clear was chosen to be the best on tinted windows, and be the least invasive. Cost was a consideration also, when looking at small batches. Yeah, unfortunately unless you want to pay $10 a sticker just for production - that's $2,000 someone's going to have to fork out upfront without the surity that they'll get their money back through sales, you don't get a nice proof to evaluate followed by a six colour sticker with flashing lights. It's not easy to come up with a concept - too small you can't see it, too big and many people won't put it on their car. The admins agreed on this one and made it happen. I will look over the next week or so an get some polo's an post what they look like. I am having some done for my work an they are going to cost about $24 each, so i think depending on design, they will be about the same. Min run of shirts is 25, so we need to have firm orders before i will order them. Anyway, i will post the pics of the shirts an then all we need is whats going on them. I think it needs to be simple, an have the Renault logo. I was thinking of having it on the left side (if your wearing it) and not huge so it stands out like dogs balls. Looks like the general feeling is black/blue shirt, white writing, yellow dimond, or even white dimond with yellow border. So if people are happy with that, i will start puting it all together so we can see what it looks like. I don't wanna see stuff like this ending up in the Clio Forums cos Megane owners aren't going to be that interested in looking there... I know that personally, I rarely look in the Megane forum so it wouldn't surprise me if Megane owners did a similar thing with the Clio forums (for example, not sure if you noticed when all that hoo-ha occured in the thread about where OzRS was heading, but it was posted in the Clio forum and very few, if any, Megane owners said much). I would like to see & hear what our Megane-owning members have to say about this topic too, so no point hiding it in the Clio forum. We certainly don't need more sections immediately, but what would be good are sub-sections. "Promotional Items" (for cards, stickers, clothing etc) would be a perfect candidate as a sub-section within "Website Feedback". OK, I'm sorry if i sound a bit angsty - its only cos I am a little more than stressed with work stuff ATM... I think i need a holiday!
