Hi @k-tec racing, it's fantastic to see you here.
In my travels I've seen more Clio 2's and Meg 3's on Australian roads than anything else in the RS Catalogue, and I'm based in Canberra. You'd likely be amazed at just how rust free the cars are over here though in comparison with the UK, due to our fairly dry climate and salt free roads.
Your parts catalogue is great, there are plenty of desirable things on there that a number of us would like to purchase and make our Baguettes faster.... The Australian Dollar has always been worth a lot less than the British Pound, which has always stung a little. However to echo everyone else... The shipping... It really is the most expensive I've come across, be it from the UK, or anywhere else in the world. Even before COVID it was more than everyone else, but now it's bordering on ridiculous. Being on the other side of the world from where we like to purchase things, we're used to having to wait... If it's the delivery speed that has to be the thing that gives, so be it. I'd order more stuff if I didn't fall to the ground clutching my chest after seeing the shipping cost, honestly!
Lastly, now this is a little niche, and doesn't effect most of us, but does concern an reasonably expensive item from your catalogue... Information on the Gen90 ECU. What's the Go? Do K-TEC deliberately make it impossible to get any information on this ECU? I tried via email and was given nothing. Since then It has taken me several months of trawling forums and even in one case contacting a gentleman in the UK who used to work for K-Tec, to get any information. Yes I did buy it second hand, but should that then make it useless and the information trade secret? We can't exactly just 'bring it into the shop' to get your guys to whack it on the dyno/rolling road and sort it out over here, we need to figure it out ourselves most of the time.
Sorry to launch everything I have at you, but I've waited a long time to be able to actually find someone at K-Tec who might listen, for either topic.
Cheers,
Jon
