    New 225 Cup

Looks very nice but I'm not 100% sure that it is a Cup - all Phase II Cup's had anthracite coloured side mirrors from memory.

    Looks amazing mate!
  3. Welcome! Some very nice cars there.
  4. Welcome! Would also love to see some more snaps of your beast!
  5. I've also used this method on a few other cars when needed. What the heavy braking does is get rid of the hard surface of the brake pad/rotor which previously caused vibration, and in effect, squeaking. Once the hard material between the two surfaces is gone, the noise should hopefully be minimal.
  6. Thanks for the welcomes! Saw your username when I was reading around on the forum and knew you were into the ol' Falcons too! Verm Fire is one of the best colours out there! Any pics of the XY? Cheers! I'm down the M5 out in South-west Sydney.. 5mins from Prestons.
  7. Salut! After being introduced to the wonderful world of Renaults by a friend and fellow Renault enthusiast, I am now on the hunt for a little runabout 172 as a daily. I've always been about the Aussie classics - owner of a restored 1962 Ford XK Falcon Wagon. Now that I'm in the market for a daily, I couldn't go past the 172 (preaching to the converted here I guess ) I'll see you guys around as I trawl through the threads. Cheers!
