    Welcome to the fold, we were all noobs once... I had an Astra, clearly I was deranged! Did you have a preference on which generation of RS you were after? They're all great (but then again we're biased ). walkie sums up the lineup pretty well. Also, if a Clio 200 or Megane RS250 are within reach then you won't be disappointed there either!

    Welcome! Excellent choice of colour (not at all biased ). As others have said, watch out for tyre wear. As for servicing (at least in VIC) it can be done for a pretty reasonable cost given the nature of the vehicle. Specialist mechanics will always give you that more personal touch so (definitely) consider them if the dealers in Sydney aren't treating you nicely.

    Oh so you're the one who picked up the white one from Waverley! You came up in conversation the other day while I had my car in for a service. Apparently you ranked equal first (with me) for most excited owner picking one up Hope you're enjoying it, it's certainly one of the best cars out there. And in white . Now go out there and drive it! Oh and I too am part of the 'Eastern crew', for now at least. Wantirna South specifically
