  1. Presume you have the obligatory snakes and aquarium to swap?
  2. Depends what your buying, I've had a $15k trade offer on mine, so I don't think it's too far off. Although like everything, you get good trade or discount, pick one. Their a niche vehicle so it's also a bit of a waiting game. But at $15-20k for a 4 year old hot hatch with the bits they have on them it's an easy call for a cheap enthusiast vehicle.
  3. I'm not so sure, I've been looking at late model 200 pricing lately. Dealers are listing Red Bulls at around $22k and they are moving. When new 4 years ago, they were selling for $40-42k, $35k on runout (drive away) Redbooks listing Private sale - 18,600-20800 Trade in - 14700-16900 Ave Km 80-130 000km I don't think Redbook listings are too far off (although most I've seen are 60-80 000km). I also think the Clio 3's are holding values far better than Clio 4's.
  4. No that's not correct. Both Red Bull and A&D basically had full options with 18" rims. A&D had leather trim, Redbull didn't.
  5. Will just leave this here. http://www.k-tecracing.com
  6. I'll go through these when we're shipping for the pickups and PM those people.
  7. If you go searching, both of these engines have had small samples of failures in multiple countries, no-one can give a straight answer why. Annoying for those whom its happened to, as others like yourself, have had the totally opposite experience.
  8. But its not towed to your preferred dealership - it's towed to the closest dealership who then do the work. Like others, who have posted here, I've been through the process of having had an engine seize whilst at the track. It was replaced under warranty with no questions asked. I'm not saying that will happen all of the time, however Renault and the dealership were exceptionally good to deal with in my case.
  9. Suggesting that not supporting your dealerships service department, won't give you a favourable outcome isn't true. If your car fails away from your normal dealer, Renault will have your car towed to the nearest dealership, no matter what relationship you've built with your normal dealer then goes right out the window.

    From Pug to Reno?

    Congrats on the purchase!
  11. I reckon he needs a gearbox left on his doorstep....
  12. I remember reading about it a while ago. Something about not being to engage neutral from any gear - ie. having to cycle down all the way through the gears. Thats incorrect, have mates who have built both sequential Quaife/Toyota engined and Hyabusa engined PRB's for use in NSW.

    Hello

Thanks Steve, your a legend. Just came across the Angel and Demon suspension for sale thread that suggests it will only fit post Aug 2011 cars. http://www.ozrenaultsport.com/bb/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=23969 Did suspension alter after this time? I had thought that from Aug 2010 onwards the cars where all the same chassis wise and components were identical.

    Hello

Thanks guys, Is there somewhere that lists the specs for each version? I've seen the Redbull and Angel and Demon versions and we test drove a 20th Anniversary on the weekend. Couldn't fault the 20th Anniversary on the test drive, it felt really tight for a vehicle a couple of years old with 30k on the clock. That just twigged the 2nd hand option thought as I've seen a couple with low k's on for the midish 20k range.

    Hello

Hey everyone. I'm currently looking at purchasing a Clio 200 sport, took one for a test drive recently and just loved it. So, at this point I'm keen to know if theres much difference between the versions from 2010 to new. To me it appears the special versions are just colour/trim and maybe wheel tyre package differences whilst the car itself hasn't altered at all. Sound correct? I'm just of two minds at present on whether to buy new or get a low k example. Prices seem all over the place for both new and used examples. thanks! Darryl
