Never seen or heard of any of us riding three abreast, but two abreast is legal and encouraged by authorities. And no way should they pull over for a car to pass - sit and wait your turn to pass safely. We particularly ride two abreast on roads where it is not safe to pass to encourage drivers to not be dumb shits and squeeze pass. The cotter loop is a well known cycling route, car drivers should respect their space a little. It’s a big world out there. More importantly, it’s a public road - take it to a track if you want to drive in a dangerous mannnet.

Being super bloody considerate to not kill any cyclists I trust... Dont ride that road anymore, too many dickheads playing wannabe race driver on blind corners. Would love to be a cop along there.

Welcome to Oz. We don't really get much fog here, so an option is you can put white LED globes in them and rewire them to serve as DRLs. I've got them like that in my Meg with a voltage sensing relay to automatically turn them on with the engine start, and connected to the sidelights with another relay so they turn off when the main lights are on. They're otherwise just decoration in most parts of Australia and serve no purpose!

Alas the G is Kirsty's car, not mine - auto is mandatory. She is perfectly capable of driving a manual, she just doesnt see the point... I got her as far as appreciating cool european cars, getting her to love a manual was just a bit too hard! If she was a manual driver, I reckon we would have gone with an RS280 and just had one car between us.
