  1. It could be so you don't get an unrealistic figure in relation to your driving habits (ie. if you're driving to minimise consumption, a massively long average won't show up anything). Then again if you wanted to do a 15k road trip, how could you use the 'trip' meter i wanted to keep the fuel figures over a long period of time... i want to decide when to reset the trip meter.. i don't want renault to tell me - "thats far enough"
  2. if you don't reset your 'fuel' trip meter, once you hit 10,000 km it resets.... I had an average over 9900 km (last time I looked) of 7.9L per 100 .... and then... BANG!!! zero's. what a peice of sh1t... who would put a limit on that?
  3. thanks - probably upset a few ppl by reactivating it hehehe
  4. to lose your position, you have to NOT post for 48 days (and Jeff not to post either )
  5. Only that I am bored and have time at work. I took the top posts where the number of posts was greater then 500. I then (obviously) worked out how many days the said user has been a member of this board. It doesn't take into consideration that someone many have been overseas for a period of time (Brendan ) but here is the top 10 posters on a number of posts per day count. Brendans225 = 5.14 The jeffster = 4.42 Teki04 = 4.35 Walkie86 = 3.49 ClioF1 = 3.41 biologist = 3.12 RSC172 = 2.77 e.sport = 2.73 e = 2.24 murcod = 2.19
  6. v-Sport and Barrie Smith MSport = Same guys... The price rise occued back in Sept 06... I suffered that one.. justin

  13. Pacific Motors Pymble does all my general, every 10,000km servicing. They have the technology to plug into the ECU and read codes etc, and are already Renault aware (thanks to my car) and are good at pointing out & documenting warranty issues. http://www.pacificmotors.biz Justin
  14. I love the fact that the wipers are a*** about. There is no gathering of water down the A-pillar on the drivers side, thus distorting the view... I also like the heated side mirrors for frosty / cold mornings..
